Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:Working closely with the site supervisors to support operational matters.Providing adhoc recruitment support and onboarding of new starters.Supporting the management team with policy and procedure development.Employee relations; resolving issues, conflicts, performance management, and disciplinaries.Driving best practice and conducting internal investigations when required.Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests.Developing and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders.Interpreting all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation, and regulations.As an ideal applicant, you will have:Previous experience within a similar capacity.Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on performance management, disciplinaries, and recruitment.Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail.Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources.Outstanding communication style and ability.Excellent use of your own initiative.Opportunities for you:Bunbury location.Permanent role with stability and security.Access to Employee Assistance Programme.If you are well suited to the opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
