You will be responsible for managing the front desk reception, liaising with patients and all aspects of office administration that is important to the efficient flow of Sessional/Doctors rooms and connection where necessary with other areas or departments of the hospital.Role responsibilities:Medicare, DVA & Private Health Fund billingMonitoring and responding to daily emailsMedical TypingMonitoring of supplies – ensuring clinical and stationery supplies are adequately stocked.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery in our fast-paced, specialist environmentWhat makes a difference for us?Acting in a professional manner at all times, you will demonstrate a patient focused approach and understand the need to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
