Join our team and contribute to building excellence in the Brisbane region.The OpportunityWe are looking for a full time Site Supervisor with Tier 2 or 3 experience, ideally in the commercial or retail sector.Reporting to the Director and Project Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate must be willing to work on projects across Brisbane & North Gold Coast, QLD.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Overseeing site safety, ensuring compliance with WHS policies, and addressing hazardsCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to meet project schedulesConducting risk assessments, reviewing SWMS, and implementing corrective actionsManaging quality control and defect rectification to maintain construction standardsPlanning future works, identifying potential risks, and proposing solutionsConducting site inspections, maintaining progress records, and updating project documentationEnsuring subcontractors adhere to contracts, resolving on-site disputes, and monitoring budgetsLiaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project executionManaging procurement and deliveries to maintain workflow efficiencyOverseeing site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety meetingsCoordinating inspections, approvals, and compliance with building regulationsUtilising Procore and other project management tools for reporting and documentationWhat You NeedTo qualify, you will need a QBCC Site Supervisor License and a General Safety Induction Card (Blue Card / White Card).
A minimum of three to five years of experience in construction site supervision or a similar role will also be essential.
Additionally, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:Work Health and Safety Officers Certificate (Core and Elective)Tertiary or trade qualifications in construction and/or engineeringSenior First Aid CertificateProficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and MS ProjectProven track record in delivering projects from start to finishAs our ideal candidate, you will possess strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills that will enable you to effectively manage site operations.
You should be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
