Key Responsibilities:
* Create and Implement Visual Displays: Design and set up engaging and creative displays that reflect the brand and seasonal themes, driving customer interest and sales
* Merchandising Strategy: Execute merchandising plans that maximise store space and enhance the overall customer experience
* Fashion Ambassador: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and effectively analyse fashion mood boards to create strong purchase suggestions
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and store operations teams to ensure consistency in visual presentation and alignment with promotional activities
* Commercial Mindset: Analyse sales figures and formulate actions to maximise sales
* Organisational Skills: Prioritise multiple tasks based on the needs of this fast-paced business and delegate effectively to ensure timely execution.
Skills and Attributes:
* Experience in visual merchandising, preferably within a large format or international retail environment
* Strong creative and artistic abilities with excellent attention to detail
* Interest in fashion and up-to-date knowledge of current trends
* Previous experience in arranging stores, setting displays, dressing mannequins, and styling
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Ability to delegate, follow up, and provide straightforward feedback for developing and coaching team members
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with different teams and influence stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Availability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts or late nights as required by business needs
