Location: Rhodes(4 days onsite, 1 day remote- open to negotiate) Contract Term: Until April 2025 (potential to extend) Rate: $820 per day A leading integrated facilities services provider is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a key Workforce Management (WFM) transformation initiative.This role will play an essential part in driving organisational and technical change across the business, ensuring smooth adoption of a new Workforce Management platform.As Change Manager, you will lead efforts to prepare stakeholders, managers, and end-users for a seamless transition to the UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) platform.This role involves working closely with the project team, identifying key change impacts for different staff personas, and actively engaging employees across technical and non-technical roles to secure their support.Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the technical and functional changes introduced by the new platform.Identify relevant personas impacted by the implementation and document the key changes for each group Design and communicate tailored change journeys for each persona, guiding both white- and blue-collar staff through the transition Engage with neutral and detractor groups, aiming to convert them to supporters of the change.Document and share business process transition plans with staff as part of an overarching change management strategy.Create a training strategy and roadmap that promotes high adoption rates.Assist subject matter experts (SMEs) with creating and distributing training materials in advance of the go-live date.About You We are looking for a change management professional with experience in rolling out workforce management solutions within large organisations.You should be a strong communicator and facilitator, skilled in bringing diverse groups together and guiding them through change.Your critical thinking and conflict resolution abilities will be key to achieving successful platform adoption.Key Skills and Experience Proven experience in managing the change components of a WFM platform implementation (ideally UKG Pro WFM) for large workforces across ANZ.Background in facilities management or building services is advantageous though not required Strong facilitation skills, with experience guiding employees across varied technical levels and attitudes toward change.Comfortable working collaboratively with operational staff, technical staff, and external vendors.Demonstrated critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to conclusions.Excellent conflict resolution skills.Qualifications Change Management certification (e.g., CCMP) is highly regarded.If this role sounds like you, please APPLY NOW!
