This essential role involves enhancing the efficiency and consistency of estimating and procurement activities. The successful candidate will be a key part of a team dedicated to upholding the company’s standards of excellence and innovation.
1. Managing estimating and procurement processes
2. Working with teams to improve tendering processes
3. Leading tender briefings and detailed site inspections
4. Estimating costs and identifying trade packages accurately
5. Negotiating terms with suppliers and subcontractors
6. Overseeing tender submissions and follow-up communications

7. Proven experience in commercial building and fit-out estimation
8. Knowledge of the local construction industry's standards and regulations
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project
10. Skilled at interpreting plans and specifications

12. Relevant qualifications in Building & Construction are desirable
