1. Develop and implement the annual digital content (including podcasts) and social media strategies that supports the strategic priorities of eHealth NSW.
2. Manage the eHealth NSW social media channels, producing and publishing engaging content to promote the eHealth NSW brand and business objectives.
3. Develop and lead the digital content calendar and collaborate with colleagues across the Communications Services team.
4. Produce high quality written content for all our digital channels that meets all standards and optimised for web.
5. Use analytics tools to evaluate effectives of content across social media and other digital channels to inform continuous improvement and future strategies.
6. Provide advice and guidance on best practice digital content production.
7. Provide team leadership and coaching of direct reports.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who have the following skills:
8. Significantprofessionalexperienceinleadinganddevelopingcompellingsocialmedia,video,andother content for a variety of channels. Preferably in a NSW Government Department or a large organisation.
9. Experienceinsocial media,andchanneldevelopmentandrolloutwithdemonstratedskillsincontent production, content generation and distribution technology.
10. Highly developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders within a complex environment.
