Key Responsibilities:Workpack development and aiding with planning, scheduling and executing the scope of work including organising project resources, equipment and materials/procurement as directed to meet project or contractual requirements.Provide advice, technical or functional information as required to Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of work.Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures.Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance.Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications and ISO requirements. What you'll bring:Experience in Project Engineering on Lithium construction projects for similar companies.Previous experience working in an Electrical Engineering capacity, developing project/construction schedules and work packs, completing progress reporting and monitoring milestones within the mining industry.Clear written and technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management.HV experience within the petrochemical sector is highly desirable.A methodical approach, high attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work.Be delivery focused, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to support the project in delivering to a tight schedule.Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.Tertiary Qualification in Electrical Engineering.Ability to undertake a 2:1 DIDO roster.
