About the role An exciting opportunity has become available in the ConnectNow Sales Team as an Account Executive for a 12-month fixed term contract. The Account Executive is accountable for the enhancing the relationship between ConnectNow and valued partners (such as Real Estate Agents) who deliver very warm leads to the Call Centre. This role aims to enhance and grow across the overall Real Estate portfolio by adding a layer of contact via client services. This role requires a first-class motivator and thorough phone-based account management expert with a proven track record. This role is accountable for driving partner engagement that leads to qualified referrals which convert into total sales for Connectnow and as such is a critical revenue driver of the business. The role will focus on the life cycle for our key partners. From prospecting, on-boarding to engaging partners while they are partnered with ConnectNow. The Account Executive will be responsible for engaging internal and external customers to deliver value to the business. This role will work with agencies across our segments (Corporate, Franchise and Independent) across several levels. The Account Executive will be required to develop and present key insights to internal and external customers whilst making recommendations to enhance partner engagement campaigns. What you’ll be doing: Manage a territory of customers against set targets and KPI’s for the business Drive a strong ‘accountability for results’ culture within the REO Sales Team. Deliver testimonials, NPS and customer feedback through the appropriate sources. Contribute to an active Sales Leadership Team on rapid growth and success. Work closely with the other real estate sales leaders to enhance processes, engagement and systems. Develop and deliver a scheduled campaign plan that can be optimized which engages internal and external customers with an emphasis on value and growth Develop strategies to enhance the opportunity for growth and create loyalty within the partner network Communicate market insights such as competitor intelligence timely and to the appropriate sources.
