Duties and responsibilities include the following: Answering phones Daily checking of enquiries inbox and responding to customers Assisting customers over the phone and face to face Booking of cruises, airflights and accommodation Creating itineraries for customers Social media posting Maintenance of company website This role presents you with the opportunity to learn a new industry and gain skills in a rapidly evolving industry.
