Working Together, we provide innovative and high-quality medical imaging services to over 6.5 million patients across our 270 clinics annually forming a critical part of the supply chain that supports the delivery of patient care across the health system.Job PurposeAs the People Partner for the NSW/ACT/WA team, you will lead the alignment of People and Culture (P&C) strategies with business objectives to champion an engaging and high performing organisational culture aligned to I-MED's Values.As the first point of contact f or the NSW ACT WA Leadership Team, you will provide expert advice on a broad range of P&C related matters. You will provide senior level advice and guidance on a broad range of complex employee relations matters, managing a varied caseload of matters daily including addressing employee relations matters, facilitating conflict resolution, handling workplace grievances, overseeing industrial relations and ensuring compliance with relevant workplace laws and regulations.You will also be part of the broader People and Culture Leadership team and a key contributor in the development and implementation of People and Culture programs of work.What you'll doExpert Guidance: Provide strategic advice on employee relations, change management, and organisational development.Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align workforce initiatives with business goals and foster innovation.Drive Talent Success: Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to secure our future growth.Enhance Culture: Champion employee engagement and inclusion initiatives that create a thriving, collaborative workplace.Value Add: Using data and insights to track and improve metrics across the employee lifecycle .YouYou are an expert in best practice business partnering with a well-developed understanding of Australian industrial relations legislation, regulations and frameworks including enterprise agreements and modern awards, bringing experience in similar roles within large complex organisations. You are skilled in working at all levels of the organisation, managing critical priorities, and adeptly guiding stakeholders through growth, transformation and change.As a member of the P&C Leadership team and managing one direct report, you are a superb communicator and influencer who strives for achievement of excellence, empowering and supporting ongoing career development, and are not afraid to jump into the detail when needed.The role will be hybrid and based in our Sydney and Chatswood offices with a mix of office, clinic and home working.
