Proactively building knowledge about products and the financial services industry. To Excel in This Role, You’ll Bring: A tertiary qualification in a related discipline, ideally financial services (or equivalent experience - your passion and skills are what matter most). A keen interest in financial planning, financial services, and/or technology. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
