Senior Data AnalystCompany: Heritage and People's ChoiceLocation: Adelaide, AustraliaJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst, with SQL BI Development background to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS. This role involves data modelling, ETL development, and reporting, ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions that support business decision-making.About the role - Permanent, full-time ideally based in Adelaide or BrisbaneThe Data and Insights team manages an on-premises Data Warehouse (DWH) that supports all regulatory reporting requirements for the organization. We are also building a new modern data and analytics platform using Azure Databricks. The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in ensuring data is accurately processed, transformed, and visualized to support critical reporting needs and business operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for business intelligence and data visualization.Develop and manage SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) cubes to provide multidimensional analysis and support reporting needs.Produce high quality documentation including data flow diagrams, release notes and process flow diagrams as required.Design, implement, and maintain SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages for data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring reliable data integration across systems.Develop, deploy, and manage SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and subscriptions to meet business reporting requirements and provide automated reporting solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.About you:You are an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong coding, analytical, and data skills with proven experience to support business operations and decision-making through advanced data processing and visualization.
