Job Title: Restaurant Manager Management (Hospitality & Tourism) Location: Findon, SA Full-Time $70,000 – $75,000 per year Our client is in search of an exceptional leader to undertake the role of Restaurant Manager, tasked with organising and overseeing the operations of their family-owned restaurant, as well as providing dining and catering services.
The position is crafted to manage and supervise all aspects of the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Tasks Include: • planning menus in consultation with Chefs • planning and organising special functions • arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget • maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions • ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance • conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service • selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff • may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders The successful candidate will have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or qualification.
Or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
In some instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
Demonstrating a range of valuable attributes, including strong customer service skills, interpersonal and teamworking capabilities, and a remarkable ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
