About the Role
In this role, you will report to the State Sales Manager and work with five colleagues to gain market share within your designated territory, which spans from Brisbane to Ipswich. The role will occasionally require travel to locations including Warwick, Stanthorpe, Goondiwindi and Moree. You will promote all carpet brands under Godfrey Hirst and Feltex within your territory.
Our office is based in Berrinba; however, due to the nature of your role, the majority of your work will be visiting retail customers in your territory.
You will enjoy autonomy to build strong relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Working in this tight-knit team, you will be provided ample support and training to thrive. Further to this, we offer a good base salary and a generous bonus structure, tools of the trade, and a fully maintained vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
* Taking ownership of a dedicated portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships flourish.
* Developing a deep understanding of the customer’s business, preferences, goals, and fostering long-lasting partnerships.
* Proactively seeking out new sales avenues, managing the sales pipeline, and championing new product launches.
* Being the first point of contact for sales leads within your territory, maximising every opportunity.
