About You
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following key qualifications and skills:
* Qualifications: Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, with specialist registration and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
* Clinical Expertise: Proven track record of high standards in mental health practice, alongside experience in quality improvement and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary setting.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities, professional integrity, and the capacity to build positive working relationships with colleagues and patients.
* Commitment to Development: Ongoing engagement in professional development, teaching experience, and a thorough understanding of mental health policies and recovery-based practices.
