Owned by Matt Moran and Bruce Solomon, our menu showcases some of Sydney’s best ocean to plate seafood with sustainability and quality at the heart. Our menu includes everything from fresh sashimi, succulent whole fish, our famous fish tacos, tasty seasonal sides and mouthwatering desserts.
Coupled with smooth party tunes mixed by some of Sydney’s best DJ’s and the sea breeze flowing throughout the venue, it’s the perfect place for patrons to sip delicious cocktails whilst sitting front row of one of the Australia’s most iconic beaches.
The Role
As Head Chef of North Bondi Fish, you will be an avid creator, with a love for seafood and be passionate about continuing the legacy of our beautiful beachfront icon.
Your role will involve all of the kitchen operation essentials, including seasonal menu creation, the day to day management of the kitchen operation, training and upskilling the brigade, back of house administration, building relationships with suppliers and designing unique seasonal specials in line with North Bondi Fish’s narrative.
Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to multi task in a high volume operation, will set you up for success and enable you to hit the ground running.
