The Role We are on the hunt for talented MC Road Train Drivers to join our Fuels & Gases Karratha branch No prior fuel experience? No problem We offer full training to get you up to speed. We're particularly encouraging female applicants to apply and bring fresh energy to the role In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for transporting fuel from our distribution sites to various locations across the Pilbara region. Your work will be key to ensuring that our clients receive their fuel on time and in full compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. We're looking for a safety-driven professional with outstanding driving skills and a customer-focused mindset. This position is only available to Karratha or Dampier residents -FIFO options are not available. If you're ready to take on a critical role and make a real difference, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Driving double and triple road trains Delivery of fuel to remote locations within the Pilbara servicing key mining and industrial clients Ensure accurate loading and unloading of fuel, adhering to all safety procedures and regulatory requirements and furthering the safety culture Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate records of deliveries, including fuel quantities, delivery times, and any discrepancies Skills & Experience Local Karratha/Dampier applicants only or willing to relocate - FIFO not on offer Strongly encourage female applicants to apply Current MC licence Unrestricted Dangerous Goods Licence WA Fatigue Management Certificate Safe Load Pass (not essential) Able to obtain a Current Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical National Police Clearance: Capability to secure a clean police background check Understanding of Road Transport Legislation: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations Rio Tinto Inductions: Existing inductions with Rio Tinto are advantageous Experience with Double and Triple Road Trains: Proven experience driving large multi-train configurations Responsible Driving History: A strong record of safe and responsible driving Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge Benefits: Competitive Salary : $130,000 - $150,000 annually Permanent Position: Enjoy job security and long-term employment On-the-Job Training: Comprehensive training provided Attractive Housing Allowance: $625 per week Annual Leave: Benefit from 5 weeks of paid time off Long Service Leave: 3 months every 3 years of continuous service Superannuation: 15% contribution for a 38-hour workweek Professional Development: Opportunities for further training and career advancement Family-Friendly Roster: Enjoy a balanced schedule with 5 days on, 5 nights on, followed by 4 days off Overnight Allowance: $80 per night for overnight stays Immediate Start: Begin your new role right away Working at Toll At Toll, we're proud to be a leading integrated logistics provider in the Asia Pacific region.
