About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our day-to-day operations at Wollert Quarry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a Zero Harm commitment to safety and ensure compliance with all Boral and statutory OH&S and Environmental requirements.
* Assist and coordinate operations to meet financial budgets and product output requirements.
* Grow strong customer relationships and provide high-quality professional service to both internal and external customers.
* Ensure supplied quarry and concrete products meet Australian Standards and customer specifications.
* Plan and organise site production activities, maintaining and driving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the site.
What We're Looking For
* A proven ability and experience in managing manufacturing operations.
* Experience in managing or supervising quarries or mining operations.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a Zero Harm work environment.
* Demonstrated experience in using computer-based programs.
* Ability to lead and engage a team of employees, with a strong customer focus and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
