About the opportunity: You will work closely with the General Counsel and the in-house legal team team. Day to day you will be: Oversee the full lifecycle of legal requests, ensuring efficient management, allocation, and timely resolution. Manage and report on legal team performance, delivering key metrics and insights through effective reporting tools. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, tailored to inform and engage stakeholders. Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses. Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices in legal operations and systems management. Collaborate with the General Counsel on strategic projects to streamline and operationalise policies and procedures across legal and commercial functions. Assist in leading training initiatives, helping to develop the skills and capabilities of the legal team. Deliver reliable and organised support, ensuring seamless operations across the wider team. Cultivate a positive and high-performance team culture, contributing to the achievement of key objectives and successful project delivery. Skills/Experience: Our client's ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Legal Practice Manager, delivering high-quality legal support to multiple lawyers in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in managing and providing top-tier administrative support in a professional setting, with a focus on developing efficient work practices. In-depth understanding of legal support tasks, with the ability to assist lawyers and senior management as needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience in operational performance reporting. Proven track record in building and maintaining strong working relationships. Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
