Team Leader MHSC / AOD / ITC (Port Augusta or Port Pirie)An exciting opportunity to lead a geographically dispersed team that contributes to the planning and success of the Mental Health Shared Care (MHSC), Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), and Integrated Team Care (ITC) programs. In this role, you will be able to maintain a client caseload and continue to have a direct impact working with the Operations Manager of Mental Health to expand programs and services across the region.Responsibilities: Support your team to success through education, coaching, and direction.Contribute to financial decisions and budget planning, including reporting and evaluation of performance.Sustain a continuous quality improvement approach and contribute toward the development of practice and services.About You: Relevant tertiary qualification suitable for Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Registration or Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, lead, and mentor a team (remote team management an advantage).Demonstrated experience and ability to establish, manage, and develop operational systems for a health or community services organisation.Demonstrated experience working with people with mental illness and demonstrated knowledge of mental health issues and addictive behaviours.What's in it for you?
