The Data Quality Delivery Manager role reports directly to the Data Governance Manager and leads and manages our data-driven initiatives from conception through to execution. The Data Quality Delivery Manager also oversees data analysis efforts, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making and business strategies and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. A few of your responsibilities: Work closely with key stakeholders to collaboratively deliver the data quality product roadmap Provide SME expertise to data quality projects and assist other IT projects relating to data governance Use data analysis & reporting to drive data product decisions, backlog prioritisation and stakeholder engagement Key product decision maker/facilitator within the team on a day-to-day basis, escalating to stakeholders and Steering Committees when appropriate Data quality product innovation and design using user research, user centred design and customer centric design What we are looking for: 6+ years' experience in a Delivery Manager role or similar (eg. Product Manager / Project Manager) Demonstrated experience in Data Quality, along with an understanding of Data Governance. Capable of using tools like SQL, Python, for data analysis and visualization Experience leading data projects through their lifecycle, managing proposed changes to scope, schedule, or budget and ensuring deliverable outcomes at appropriate level. Strong stakeholder management skills to facilitate smooth collaboration among multiple stakeholders at all levels (technical and non-technical, enable visibility of project performance to senior stakeholders) About you: You will possess a strong background in data management and project management, with proven experience in data quality assurance and data analysis. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our data projects and your understanding of industry-specific data requirements and regulations enables you to align projects with compliance standards and business objectives.
