We are looking for an Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive new business, and oversee the architecture of our solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of brand growth, strategy, and execution, with a strong ability to manage projects across multiple disciplines.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially sharp, and solutions-driven. You are someone who can maintain strong client relationships while ensuring our teams are delivering best-in-class work. This role is in-person at our Brisbane HQ, with occasional interstate and international travel required for key clients and projects.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their objectives.Oversee and manage projects across creative, digital, social, and brand teams—ensuring alignment, efficiency, and impact.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding client accounts and bringing in new brands to work with Pixel Factory.Develop strategic project roadmaps that translate client goals into actionable execution plans.Maintain oversight of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensuring smooth execution at every stage.Work closely with internal teams to drive creative and strategic thinking while keeping commercial goals front of mind.Travel for key client meetings, pitches, and project execution where needed.Requirements
Experience in account management, client services, or business development within a creative, digital, or brand strategy environment.A strong ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing strategy with execution.A commercial mindset. You're comfortable identifying growth opportunities, negotiating deals, and driving new business.Experience working with brands and businesses that are scaling, with an understanding of brand positioning and momentum.Excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving, anticipating challenges and addressing them before they arise.Location
Brisbane, Australia. This role is in-person at our Brisbane HQ, where collaboration and speed drive our momentum.Interstate and international travel. As part of this role, travel may be required to support key client relationships and oversee project execution.Hiring Process
