About the Role
In this leadership position, you will strike a balance between clinical practice and managerial responsibilities. You will mentor and develop our psychology team while enjoying active support for professional growth through structured continuing professional development, external supervision, and leadership training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse and dynamic psychology team operating within various mental health service programs, including Employee Assistance Programs, NDIS initiatives, and private sector services.
* Develop and enhance your clinical leadership expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements:
* Paid Training Opportunities: Ongoing professional development opportunities for qualified candidates.
* Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and clinical practices.
* Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, staff supervision, and mentoring.
