Specifically, you will:Ensure professional financial and accounting processes and systems are consistently maintained. This includes effective and efficient management of:Payment systems and proceduresDaily bank reconciliation and cash flowAccounts payable and accounts receivablePayroll and related activitiesReporting of business performance and all aspects of the business management functionProvide high quality, timely reporting that enables the business to function effectivelyOversee and manage technology so that the team has the tools, software, technology, and management support to deliver on their KPIsManage risk, compliance, tax, legal, and insurance in a proactive manner for the businessMaintain relevant processes, procedures, and external certification of our systemsAbout you:As the ideal candidate, you will have:A tertiary qualification in business, accounting, or similarCirca 5+ years' experience in a corporate accounting or finance roleAdvanced Xero and Microsoft skillsDemonstrated commercial acumenAn enthusiastic and strong work ethicExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenSound interpersonal skillsA positive, motivated, flexible, and can-do attitudeA good understanding of IT systems and IT cloud infrastructureAbout the offer:The budgeted salary for the role is between $100,000 and $120,000.
