General Manager - Accreditation, Rural Health Equity and Research

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead AMC Accreditation compliance and RACS Hospital Training Post accreditation
* Develop and implement the Rural Health Equity Strategy
* Evaluate and improve educational programs, standards, and competencies
* Administer research scholarships for advancements in surgical research
Requirements:
* Relevant postgraduate qualification with research experience
* Extensive relevant experience in program evaluations, people management, and conflict resolution
* High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
