As a key member of our Trades & Services team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of high-performance air conditioning systems for our valued commercial and residential customers.What you'll be doingConduct site inspections and provide expert advice on the most suitable air conditioning solutions for each projectInstall, test and commission a range of air conditioning systems, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and regulationsPerform scheduled maintenance and repairs on existing air conditioning units to keep them running efficientlyLiaise with clients, suppliers and the wider team to ensure seamless project deliveryMentor and support junior members of the installation teamMaintain detailed job records and provide regular progress updatesWhat we're looking forTrade qualification as a Mechanical plumber or in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)VBA License and or RAC01Minimum 3 years' experience as an air conditioning installer or technicianStrong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance and troubleshootingExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues efficientlyEffective communication and customer service skills to liaise with clientsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamCurrent driver's licenceWhat we offerAt 0Carbon Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
