The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller/Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing advanced strategies for optimising spare part inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to enhance uptime and support our company's growth objectives.
The Accountabilities
1. Actively monitor the workplace to determine presence of hazards and take appropriate action to rectify any hazards found.
2. Ensure cleanliness and functionality of all inventory to uphold quality standards; proactively collaborate with the quality team for necessary improvements.
3. Liaise with all stakeholders (Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling team) to define best spare parts management strategy
4. Generate comprehensive inventory and stock control reports.
5. Provide coaching to the engineering and maintenance teams on optimal utilisation of spare parts
The Ingredients for Success
Just like you can’t make Campbell’s Chicken Stock without chicken, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
6. Professional & Technical background in mechanical or electrical areas
7. Previous experience with SAP highly desirable
8. Flexible attitude with ability to work both independently and within a team.
9. Strong communication skills, adept at working with stakeholders.
10. Strategic view of highly automated Warehouse/Production environments
