As a ServiceNow Elite partner, we are currently looking for a couple of ServiceNow technical BA to work onsite at one of our customers' close to Parramatta, NSW.
About the role
This is a an initial 6 months contract (full-time hours) as a ServiceNow Technical BA/Trainer with high chances of extension/ongoing work.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
* Contribute to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives
* Organise and facilitate workshops with the business/customers - Meeting with user groups to gather and analyse end user requirements as required.
* Create process maps and identify areas for potential improvement.
* Develop functional specifications and document desired outcome of system enhancement/development.
* Produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to stakeholders.
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system enhancements.
* Provide input directly into operational change management initiatives and training.
* Demonstrate detailed knowledge of products through the ability to accurately explain core system functionality, module
capability and configuration options.
* Deliver training sessions, develop training materials, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to users.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working as a ServiceNow business analysis in medium to large environments
* Extensive experience across ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC.
* Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate artefacts/outputs.
* Proven ability to adapt and work under pressure in a complex
environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines.
* Industry certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) and ITIL Foundation certificate
* Outstanding level of written and oral communications skills, with a confident, personable and professional manner.
* Previous experience in developing training materials and conducting interactive training sessions highly regarded.
