About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee team members and ensure top-notch customer service, providing recommendations to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise team members on shift and assist with training, development, and performance management.
* Set daily performance objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standards.
* Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed and support achievement of financial and operational targets.
* Monitor quality of food and beverages to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of equipment and materials.
Requirements:
* Supervisory experience within a similar busy hospitality environment.
* Thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
* Exceptional guest service skills, proactive attitude, and effective communication.
* Highly organized and flexible availability to meet venue operating hours.
