Your role
A great opportunity currently exists for two Lawyers or Associates with at least three years of post admission experience to join our Melbourne Insurance and Corporate Risk team.
The team you will work with is led by partners Patrick Considine, Kristy Brockwell, Dora Cosentino and Peter Coats, who are nationally recognised for pre-eminence in litigation and insurance law. We have a diverse and well-established client base, including the Victorian Government & associated agencies and departments, Allianz, QBE, Vero Insurance, the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority, Comcare, and The Municipal Association of Victoria.
We advise and represent our clients in sensitive and complex litigation including coronial inquests, a wide range of tort-based claims such as negligence, battery, assault, false imprisonment and defamation claims, as well as advising in regulatory investigations and prosecutions. If you love problem solving, assessing risk, forensically analysing evidence, crisis management and providing strategic advice, this role is for you!
What you need
