Marketing & Sales Assistant (casual or part time)
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team at Hakea Grove Aged Care in Wyong, NSW. This is a part-time or casual role (1 to 2 days per week) that will involve supporting our Admission Coordinator to promote our aged care services and facility to potential residents and their families. This is a new role, and it's an exciting opportunity.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
* Maintaining and updating our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms
* Reviewing & updating our marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
* Conducting market research and gathering competitive intelligence
* Organising and attending community events and open days
* Providing excellent customer service to prospective residents and their families in the absence of the Coordinator
* Supporting the Admission Coordinator in lead generation and conversion activities
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on marketing and sales activities for the CEO
What we're looking for
* Relevant experience in a marketing or sales assistant role, preferably in the aged care or healthcare industry
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, Canva or similar and various digital marketing tools
* A genuine interest in the aged care sector and a passion for marketing
* Flexibility to work part-time or casual hours.
