Melbourne Wealth Management Contract or Temporary Our client is a global wealth management business looking to hire recent graduates to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. This role will be a projects based role working in the Risk Management department for a 12-month contract and is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the organisation. This role is entry level and will suit a recent graduate with minimal experience, however It requires very strong customer service and communication skills. Great opportunity for someone seeking to build some experience at a leading global financial service firm. Key Responsibilities: Manage client questions & queries through dedicated hotline. Responsible for ensuring client queries are answered within set timeframe. Responsible for operational duties to help service client accounts. Prepare summaries and information packs for various Management and Risk Committees. Escalate appropriately to Risk Manager Establish and maintain relationships with other internal stakeholders and departments. Adhere to Company policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements. Key Skills and Competencies: Having call center experience would be advantageous Experience within wealth management, financial planning, or banking highly desirable- but not required Previous experience working in a Financial Institution preferable but not essential. Recognised industry qualifications preferred but not essential Desired Qualities and Skills Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and is highly deadline oriented. Strong project management and time management skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
