We are also committed to the continuous development and training of our personnel to maintain a safe and rewarding work environment.KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for a Support Office at the Gladstone office.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the effective operation of the front office area by monitoring and managing incoming calls in a professional manner.Manage all itineraries for travel, accommodation and other associated requirements for the Company and ensure accurate monthly reconciliation of travel expenses as required.Carry out other general office duties and tasks as required to ensure the effective operation and management of work associated with the role.Demonstrated ability to adapt to ever changing working priorities and requirements.Consistently demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality with respect to access and utilisation of personal and confidential information.Ability to independently achieve work objectives, meet tight timeframes and prioritise work to meet organisational requirements.Demonstrate effective verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills, as well as good listening skills.Ordering of PPE.Requirement to work on and off-site as required to support projects.About YouCertificate III in Business Administration or similar.Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar based administration position.An eye for detail and accuracy with numbers is essential.Able to work under pressure, multi-task, together with the capacity to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.Strong and professional communication and customer service skills.Strong written English skills, with knowledge of applicable site terms.Intermediate skill level in the Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Ability to work effectively within a team environment and without close supervision.We are offeringPermanent Position.Continuous Training and Career Development.Competitive remuneration.Welcoming and inclusive team culture with social events for staff.If you possess the above experience or are looking for a way to kick start your career in the industry, please click "APPLY" below.
