Reporting to, and working closely with the Human Resources Manager, this role plays a vital part in attracting and hiring top talent to support our aged care facilities. This role will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and strengthening our employer brand.Your main responsibilities will include:Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.Proactively sourcing talent through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Managing the Vacenti talent pool and maintaining engagement with potential candidates.Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process.Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience through clear communication and support.Supporting employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, social media, and recruitment marketing.Coordinating onboarding and documentation for new hires.Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on hiring trends.To be successful in this position you will need:A qualification (or working towards) in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Experienced using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent organisational and time-management skills.A proactive mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes.Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.Equity, Diversity, and InclusionAt Vacenti, we firmly believe in fostering an environment that embraces equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our operations.
