Territory Sales Executive (Retail)Opportunity to work for Market Leader in the Industry Location – Baulkham Hills, NSW Salary - $80k + super + up to 15k commission Our client, a market leader in their industry is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to join their Sydney based team.The Territory Sales Executive will play a crucial support role within their National sales team, focusing on enhancing sales processes and customer relationships.The successful candidate will be covering parts of Sydney metro and the Central Coast/Newcastle area.In addition to achieving sales targets, this role involves training and mentoring new sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.ResponsibilitiesAccount management and developmentDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territoryIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospectingTraining of retail staffGo-to person for internal and key external training needsTrains all new hires and ongoing refresh training for all staff (sales, marketing, ops, customer service)Reviews and revises training programs – content delivery etcMaintaining current knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information of value to customersAnalyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordinglyProviding support and problem solving to customers as requiredSkills and ExperienceField Sales/Territory Management Experience essentialTraining development and delivery experience essentialExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent ability to build and develop relationships with a wide variety of individuals, both internal and externally to the organisationStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Benefits on OfferAttractive salary plus up to 15k in commissionFully expensed company vehicle, including fuel card and tollsMobile phone and laptop2 additional wellbeing days provided per calendar yearHead Office based in Norwest – Free Onsite ParkingHow to ApplyClick APPLY today!
