Role The Supervisor is responsible for assisting management with coordinating day-to-day tasks on-site, at the pack shed, and in the field, reporting directly to the Harvest and Site Manager.

Above award wages + superannuation contributions at legislated rate.Career progression.An excellent work culture with a commitment to staff development.Tasks & Responsibilities Primary Duties Assist the manager with day-to-day tasks and projects.Supervise teams conducting tasks on the farm and be responsible for quality control.Communicate safe working procedures and best practices.Ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.Field Supervision Oversee all aspects of harvest.Supervise harvest crew members including QCs, runners, pickers, and drivers while reporting to the harvest manager.Maintain harvest and farm equipment.Supervise maintenance crews in the off-season.Drive Hourly Work Efficiencies Assist management with improving day-to-day tasks by finding easier methods to improve the time it takes to complete tasks while also improving the results.Ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.The ideal candidates will be motivated team players and committed to creating an excellent work culture. Qualification & Experience To be successful you will have: Leadership skills.Intermediate computer literacy.Forklift licence desirable but not necessary.First Aid Cert desirable but not necessary.Flexible working hours including weekends - this is a must.About the CompanyTasmanian Berries is an innovative and ever-expanding business in Central Northern Tasmania.
