We are a multi-disciplinary MEP Services company who operates throughout the commercial and industrial sector and have positioned ourselves for significant growth in the coming years. Due to exponential growth, we are currently looking for a suitably experienced Account Manager to join the team and ensure the sustainable delivery of compliant and reliable customer centric services.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell all aspects of the MEP business with an aim to grow its client base and brand in the industry.Provide clear leadership to ensure Company and team goals, objectives and initiatives are achieved.Manage the day-to-day operations including the provision of training and development for all workers.Oversee the delivery of quality Services to existing client base and personally manage larger client contracts, agreements and projects.Ensure accurate and timely processing of all service-related works including but not limited quoting, procuring, delivery, reporting and invoicing.Coordinate and schedule technician’s daily activities.Process service purchase orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.Manage resources and materials to ensure completion of assigned tasks.Internal reporting to Senior Management on finances, risk and business development activity.Build sound working relationships with all direct reports, peers, and internal service providers.Effectively supervise and manage team resources, in conjunction with the Service Manager to ensure effective project delivery.Deliver effective and constructive communication across all stakeholders.Ensure your own safety and health at work and that of your work mates.Comply with all lawful and reasonable instructions given by your employer.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience in similar role, preferably with HVAC or Mechanical Services.Understanding of all Acts, Regulations and other standards that apply to this position.A thorough knowledge of HSE obligations and duty of care.Professional, calm and helpful manner.Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and work with multiple stakeholders.As a reward for your dedication, you will benefit fromOn Site ParkingEmployee AwardsWeekly pay cycleAnnual Family DayCompany EAP ProgramOngoing company focus on driving positive company cultureCollaborative team environmentHow do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an account manager?How many years of people management experience do you have?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have previous invoicing experience?
