Onetrak was recently judged number-one for the Australian Earthmoving Service Department of the Year award.Today employing over 100 people across Tasmania, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and South Australia, Onetrak prides itself on the quality of its people, carefully chosen from a diverse range of backgrounds within the industry with one common trait – a desire to exceed customer expectations.About the roleYour role will be diverse and operational, focusing on managing and executing marketing activities and managing projects in close co-operation with several business stakeholders and colleagues.Develop and manage internal and external communicationsAdvertisement in print, digital, radio and TVManaging projects from start to finish including advertising campaigns, editorials & print materialSocial media management across various platformsEvents management and execution including trades shows, field days & product launchesLiase with industry associations on sponsorships and membershipsManage internal communications including the Onetrak newsletterLiase with HR around people and recognition initiativesPlan and execute all brandingBuild and manage relationships with media partners and industry associationsDevelop lead generation campaignsAbout youOur ideal candidate will have:A degree in marketing or proven experience in a similar roleA down to earth positive person with practical experience managing eventsExperience with email marketingKnowledge of the Adobe suite is preferableAn ability to work autonomously and as a close-knit teamAn ability to manage priorities and deadlinesHigh attention to detail is a mustExceptional verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to build great relationships
