What We Offer:
Compensation Breakdown:
Base salary is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and performance.
Tip-share amount for KMs is approximately $10,000 per year – with arguably the best tip sharing system for cooks you've ever seen.
Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary + tips.

Requirements:
2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience.
Warm, friendly, focused, professional, inclusive disposition and presence.
