Role 3 – Premier National firm looking for either an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Public Law team in Melbourne.
You will have the chance to provide advice and conduct disputes for clients in both government (local and state) and the private sector, with a particular focus on compulsory acquisition, compensation, planning matters, land valuation and local government rating.
They will consider candidates from a private practice or government background – don't count yourself out!
Role 4 – Leading Mid Tier firm looking for multiple Public Lawyers (2 PQE and Senior Associate) to join its busy Public Law team.
The role will predominantly involve acting for State Government (E.G DOJ, AHPRA) and other statutory bodies and agencies in prosecutions, disciplinary proceedings, and reviews of administrative decisions.
Work with two leading Partners in a supportive and collegiate team.
Role 5 - A leading national firm has been newly appointed to the Federal Government supply panel and is looking for applications from experienced public sector advisory lawyers for both disputes and commercial advisory roles as they look to build out capability Role 6 - Associate and Special Counsel positions available in this growing practice - Suiting administrative lawyers with specialised experience acting for State Government and other statutory bodies and agencies in prosecutions, disciplinary proceedings, and reviews of administrative decisions.
