TEAM MANAGER - PERSONAL INJURY ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a team in delivering key claims management objectives and critical service standards with particular emphasis on new claims at Allianz, a leading insurance and asset management brand.

* Effectively lead a team of individuals to deliver key claims management objectives and critical service standards with particular emphasis on new claims
* Understand key performance drivers and identify opportunities to continuously improve team performance
* Lead, engage, and support your team during periods of business change
About you:
* Extensive experience with a no-fault statutory motor accident compensation scheme
* Expertise in team leadership and a proven track record of driving high performance
* Experience in business planning and execution
* Innovative thinking – creative ideas that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
* Demonstrated ability for developing strong customer relationships and effectively resolving customer complaints
