We're looking for a Platform Marketing Manager to develop a national marketing strategy, campaigns and initiatives that support business priorities, solve client challenges and drive business performance, whilst adhering to the One Firm GTM and marketing strategy within our vast community of solvers.Use the know-how you've gained in successfully developing marketing strategies and identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation. In our Platform team, you'll also:Position yourself as a senior member of the platform leadership team, who actively contributes to the strategy and has in-depth knowledge of new market issues and trends.Synthesise information from multiple sources as inputs to strategic development. Use data to inform marketing strategy and create clear commercial connections between business strategy and marketing.Have a clear and articulate vision for how marketing can proactively enable and achieve the industry objectives, define and agree commercial outcomes and success measures.Implement integrated campaigns within the strategy to position for growth and generate demand, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.Develop and execute activity across multiple marketing channels: sponsorships, events, digital, social media, thought leadership, podcasts, blogs, video, web.Critically review propositions, content and copy for thought leadership, collateral and web for consistency, tone of voice and relevance for the target audience.Have strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical content for external multiple channels (incl webcopy/eDMs/event invites/social media posts).Build in key messages for campaigns, events, and discrete projects.Responsible for assessing return on investment of all marketing activity, leveraging insights to inform future strategy activities.Lead and coach Marketing specialists, Event Coordinators, and other suppliers working on specific programs and campaigns.Foster and maintain strong relationships inside PwC with marketing colleagues, Platform drivers, priority account teams and global counterparts - understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.Champion our client-first one firm strategic marketing approach, collaborating with fellow marketers across Industries, Platforms and Businesses to achieve a coherent PwC presence in market.Embrace agility and be responsive to support evolving needs of PwC and market dynamics.Ensure all brand, risk & legal compliance and marketing governance is adhered to.Champion PwC's brand by leveraging the visual and verbal expression and future brand positioning strategies.Other Relevant Qualifications Required Significant experience in developing, leading and overseeing the execution of marketing plans in various internal/external environments at a senior level.Strong influencing skills – experience leading virtual teams on complex projects across all levels of the organisation.Return on marketing investment reporting and the use of data to inform, track and measure campaign performance.Team coaching and development.Have led X-Firm Marketing initiatives and teams end-to-end.Seeks personal feedback on performance and takes on feedback constructively.Relationships with local and global peers; sharing and learning from around the world.It's time to move forward.
