The global team has four key functions: Regulatory and reporting Governance About the role As a global firm, First Sentier Investors is required to comply with a range of global and regional ESG regulatory requirements and we envisage the Senior Analyst, Responsible Investment playing a key role in this on both a strategic and operational level.
Working closely with your Director, you will develop and manage the implementation of the group's responsible investment obligations and commitments.
As part of a global team, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple regions, initially with a focus on Australia and New Zealand.
You will have the opportunity to partner with a broad range of investment teams and asset classes to influence change.
The Senior RI Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders across the business and externally to support the: Project management of ESG regulations and regulatory change including assessment and managing implementation to ensure the business adheres to global requirements.
Acting as the day-to-day lead contact with investment teams in APAC region in respect of ESG regulations and reporting.
Responsible Investment reporting cycle and promoting our credentials to a range of internal and external stakeholders; Provide specialist expertise in support of the business's investment capabilities and other business functions including engagement with clients, key influencers and other external stakeholders.
Various global projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
About you Your experience & skills Deep experience in responsible investment within asset management or financial services, focusing on ESG regulations, reporting, and team engagement.
Strong project management skills with knowledge of ESG regulatory frameworks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong relationship management and ability to work globally.
Superior influencing skills to manage APAC stakeholders and collaborate with the global RI team.
Well-developed time management and project management skills to handle diverse tasks under pressure.
