**Opportunity Overview**
We are seeking a senior level Business Systems Analyst to operate at a Federal EL1 level across the end-to-end project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple project streams, including business case creation, solution-options, and deep dive analysis.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with business case and procurement documentation and play an active role in product evaluation.
* Assist with procurement response evaluation (experience working within Commonwealth Procurement Rules and RFx processes ideal).
* Engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders both internal and external to gather business requirements to take to market, and translate into technical requirements once the solution option has been selected.
* Present solution options which meet business requirements.
* Ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with a strong track record of stakeholder engagement across business and technical.
* Experience supporting Commonwealth procurement of cloud products and services.
* A broad range of experience across various projects – technical background in cloud apps and products nice to have.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills at all levels – ability to present to Executive level audience.
* Previous experience in Government (federal or state).

This is a large, nationally distributed department operating tech uplift programs across cloud applications and services, ERP, cyber security and data protection, EDW, and data lakes.
The successful candidate will be able to work to tight and fixed deadlines and within ambiguity and change.
