About you: Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you are a seasoned and highly motivated recruitment professional. As a truly results oriented BP, you thrive in a demanding, high-volume dynamic operating environment. Your maturity, resilience and high level emotional intelligence, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills will see you succeeding in the role. About the role: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide expert advice and solutions. Draft compelling job advertisements to attract top talent. Maintain and report on recruitment status weekly, identifying key trends and areas for improvement. Proactively source candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future vacancies. Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely communication and updates. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new store teams, including coordinating administrative processes. Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices. Support talent management initiatives, internal career progression, and retention strategies. About you: Have a track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment. Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable and resilient to thrive in an evolving, high-pressure environment. Be highly proficient with an ATS platform (Employment Hero experience would be highly advantageous), Excel, recruitment databases and leveraging technology to streamline processes. Maintain a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and recruitment practices. Showcase exceptional administrative and organisational skills, effectively tracking and managing large volumes of candidate data in line with budgeted needs and requirements. Exhibit strong attention to detail in administration and data tracking, ensuring accuracy in reporting on regular basis. Easily manage competing priorities while maintaining personal productivity and efficiency in a fast-moving environment. Qualifications and experience: Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience preferably in retail would be highly advantageous or similar industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or distribution. Proven ability to hire at scale (e.g., handling seasonal ramp-ups for peak trading periods and new store openings). Strong background in talent sourcing, stakeholder management, and process improvement. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field would be well regarded as is a Certification in recruitment (e.g., RCSA, AHRI membership, LinkedIn Recruiter certifications).
