Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology) We are seeking a passionate and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic and expanding IT Services Team. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining, optimising, and securing our IT infrastructure, while helping us scale and innovate for the future. Key Responsibilities: Server Administration: Server maintenance including updates, security hardening, and general optimisations. Network Administration: Deploy, configure, and update network systems while contributing to network architecture enhancements. System Administration: Manage systems including Active Directory, DNS, M365, and Azure, ensuring streamlined and secure operations. Site Rollouts: Lead the technical aspects of mobilising new sites, from design to implementation. Service Desk Functions: Provide front-line support to internal staff, including on hardware and software issues. Cybersecurity: Implement cybersecurity measures to protect against evolving threats, in-line with organisation and client requirements. Autonomous Work: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues with minimal supervision. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure cohesive IT operations with a strong focus on user satisfaction. About You: Attitude and Approach: You thrive on solving problems and delivering creative solutions. With a strong "can do" mentality, you're passionate about enhancing user experiences and improving IT systems. Team Collaboration: A natural collaborator, you enjoy working in teams but are also confident working independently to drive projects forward. Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure or Service Desk roles including end-user support, system deployment, and administration. A proven track record of delivering IT projects is highly advantageous. Technical Competence: Experience in Microsoft 365/Entra and on-premise hybrid environments is essential, experience in Intune, Defender, and Azure is highly advantageous. Any experience working with Cisco Meraki is also highly regarded.
