The Role We are currently looking for a General Associate to join our Commercial Real Estate practice group. Skills and Experience Required A 3-5 year Property lawyer with expertise in the following areas: Commercial Sales & Acquisitions Commercial and Retail Leasing Real Estate due diligence investigations Ideally the candidate comes from an environment, where they have developed strong technical, drafting and commercial skills. They have should have a strong client service ethic and work well as part of a team while having sufficient experience and confidence to take primary responsibility for running small to medium transactions from start to finish without the requirement for material partner involvement. A strong academic background, excellent drafting skills and a focus on attention to detail are all essential. This group has a particular emphasis on teamwork and they are looking for an individual who shows a genuine interest in the team as well as providing first class service to our clients.
