Job Title: Contact Centre Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join our team at our clinic in Five Dock. This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday, with eight-hour shifts between 8am-5:30pm.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and provide leadership and support to the team.
* Lead a team of 10 Contact Centre Agents, consisting of full-time and part-time staff.
* Manage training for new team members.
* Provide support as an escalation point for patient queries.
* Answer phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handle inquiries professionally.
* Build relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
Requirements:
* Experience working in medical reception.
* Leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
* Strong organisational abilities.
* Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
