About the roleJoin Staged Homes as a full-time Team Coordinator & Scheduling Customer Service Officer based in Ferntree Gully, Victoria. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the activities of a team of home staging professionals, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.This role requires you to physically be onsite at our warehouse in Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156. What you'll be doing Be the first point of contact for vendors and real estate agents, delivering exceptional customer service with a smile (phone and office based, no face to face clients or walk-ins)Manage the scheduling and coordination of our home staging services and teams, allocating jobs to the appropriate team membersLiaise directly with Vendors and Real Estate Agents to understand their requirements and schedule home staging activities accordinglyProvide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional mannerMaintain detailed records of all customer interactions and job schedulingSupport the internal team in the execution of home staging activities as requiredReceive and sign for all deliveries to our warehouse from suppliersContribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures What we're looking for An outstanding approachable personality, friendly, and capable of building strong relationships with our clients and teamProven experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within the real estate services industry (eg. property management or sales associate experience) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team membersStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyProficient in using relevant software and technology to manage schedules, records and customer informationA meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer serviceA flexible and adaptable approach, able to respond to changing circumstances and requirements What we offerAt Staged Homes, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
